Co-Founder of Wildcat Productions, Hunt graduated with a BFA from the UCLA Department of Theatre, Film and Television. Since then he has been fortunate enough to make his living in the Entertainment field. Hunt started out as a mediocre actor who quickly realized that it was easier to find somewhat more steady work on the Production end of the business.

In the early 1990s, after working on numerous projects for various studios including: Tri-Star Pictures, Orion Pictures, Brillstein-Grey Entertainment, and Showtime, Hunt happily fell into the one of the greatest jobs in the world when he became a Production Manager and Producer for the Sony Pictures High Definition Center, at Sony Studios in Culver City. The facility was tasked to reach out to the Hollywood Film community and present them with the potential of shooting their major productions on Sony’s digital High Definition. Hunt acted as the SPHDC Producer on two features, Rainbow, and, Habitat, and one NBC mini-series, WWII: When Lions Roared.

Mr. Burdick, is one of the founders of TopGallant, Productions, LLC, an independent production company located in the San Francisco Bay Area. His short film, The White Bull, has won numerous awards including those for Best Short Film, Best Screenplay and Best Director.

Throughout his career, Hunt has continued to work as a theatre director, and was recently bestowed the honor of receiving the prestigious “Bravo” award from the Hillbarn Theatre in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Co-founder of Wildcat Productions, Karen began her theatrical career as an actor. She later transitioned into directing and producing Children’s Theatre in The Bay Area.  Her true passion, however, is writing. She earned  an MFA in Creative Writing from the University of Denver and a BA in English Literature from San Jose State University.

Karen recently finished writing a children’s novel, which has been adapted into a screenplay. She was also a 2017 finalist for the Sue Alexander Most Promising New Manuscript Award, has won poetry and flash fiction competitions, and published a number of newspaper articles over the years, most of which have focused on the Performing Arts.

She taught Creative Writing for nearly twenty years, and spent several years editing research papers, capstones, theses, and dissertations for Graduate students. Although Karen loved teaching and editing, she now  concentrates on writing original screenplays.

Santa Cruz, CA has been Karen’s home for the past 30 years, and when not writing, she can be found hanging out at the beach with her unruly dogs.

Ms. Conley is a member of the following professional organizations:

White Bull.jpg

This groundbreaking "micro feature moving picture movie film," has won numerous awards from a multitude of festivals, including Best Screenplay, Best Actor and Best Short.

The White Bull was born out of a deep admiration for little Ernie Hemmingway and all that is right and good in the world.

At its core lies the classic human dilemma of how to handle an annoying gnat that is begging to be smushed on the one hand, while somehow engendering a sympathetic twinge on the other.

In short...

A dark comedy involving sibling rivalry, creative discomfort, the sea...and macabre resolution.
